Picture of a broken bicycle with text that reads: Overwhelmed? Wheels coming off the bike? Coaching may be able to help.

Feeling overwhelmed and out of control is more common than you would think. Even the most apparently successful among us suffer from imposter syndrome, or encounter a situation where the strategies that used to work in life and at the jobsite, suddenly don’t.

Working with an accredited and experienced coach is an effective way to identify and overcome barriers preventing you from attaining your goals.

Evidenced-based and forward-looking, coaching gives you the space to take time for yourself and the support to make profound positive changes.

Meet Faelyne, Leadership, Career and Neuro-inclusive Coach

I’m a Board-Certified coach, accredited by the Center for Credentialing & Education, the International Coaching Federation (PCC level) and Mentorcoach. I will partner with you to help you identify what’s important to you what’s holding you back, and co-create goals that support your positive growth and map out the path to your unique ‘what’s next.’

I specialize in neuro-inclusive coaching, working with neurodivergent adults looking to grow in their careers, or make a career change to a role that will support their unique talents.

I also work with parents of neurodivergent children of all ages.

FAQs

Who can benefit from coaching?

Anyone looking for personal or professional growth can benefit from coaching. Whether you’re currently facing challenges, looking to elevate your performance, or simply want to understand and reshape your mindset, Faelyne’s integrated coaching approach will meet you where you are, and support you to create the future you want.

Is coaching virtual or in-person?

I do both in-person and virtual coaching. My clients come from all walks of life, and are located across the globe.

What is the required commitment?

Positive change requires commitment and courage. It means leaving the certainty of where you are to take on the unknown of the future you want. Great news, though, is that there are evidence-based best practices that we can bring in to help you identify your strengths and values, understand what motivates you, and create a plan to help you get there.

How much does coaching cost?

Coaching fees vary based on the program selected and its duration. Contact us directly for a tailored quote. In some areas, coaching costs can be covered by workplace benefits health spending accounts – check with your employer.
